Terms and Conditions
By booking or receiving services with us, you agree to the following terms:
Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

We recommend booking in advance for popular services and times.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

Repeated missed appointments may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

Payments

We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, contactless payments, and Afterpay.

For online payments via PayPal Express Checkout, a 2% transaction fee applies and is billed monthly.

Refunds & Service Guarantee

Due to the nature of salon services, refunds are not available.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss a suitable solution.

We aim to provide a safe, professional, and high-quality service, and all staff are trained to industry standards.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving treatments.

Salon staff reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise client or staff safety.

Personal Belongings

Dirty Little Secret Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure.

Conduct

We aim to maintain a friendly and professional environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who behave inappropriately or disrespectfully.
Changes to Terms

Dirty Little Secret Hair Salon may update these terms from time to time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
